I have been a customer of IncrediMail for many years and now am unable to OPEN, REINSTALL OR ANYTHING. I have been sending emails, to their customer service for over three months and only get a run around. They send me the SAME Application Crash on Launch info sheet every time, which does not work at all. Foolisly, I bought new programs to reinstall to fix the problems. No such luck. After checking on line help site, I am NOT the only one with this problem.
