I get the error 'Authentication issue, please provide valid store URL !' when I am writing the url of my website. Do I do anything wrong?

It will not validate my store and the support has been minimal at best. I feel that I have wasted 99.00

We purchased this product about a year ago and started using it to download products from Aliexpress to our local site. We then discovered a bug which caused the site to become really slow when we uploaded about 5000 products. At times, a click would take about 45 seconds to respond. When we confronted Webkul. They fought us with tooth and nail and told us their extension is working fine. But, after we persisted, they finally saw the merit in our complaint and started acting apologetically and attempted to fix the problem. The fix they provided was not backward compatible, and all the 5K plus products that we've already downloaded needed to be erased and we had to start all over anew. We lost $1000's in manpower cost at the time. They promised us that their new release would be bug free and would solve all the problems. we believe them to our own detriment. This is what we have to say to any prospective customer contemplating buying this extension: DON'T. If you do, you will not be able to do the following: 1. Sync with aliexpress for latest prices. Aliexpress has dynamic pricing which changes everyday. Webkul extension does not provide this. Which means, that while aliexpress products would be selling at $8, your downloaded products would still be listed at their original price at example $15. A customer who does a quick google search of the product, would surely go to aliexpress to get the product there. Meanwhile, you had spent $1000's to upload this product using Webkul extension and you will not get return on your investment. 2. You will get no quality support because webkul does not believe in owning up to their responsibility by default unless they are forced to. To date, we have spent no less than $6000 in total in trying to get this extension to work right. We have been really patient with Webkul, but, to painfully realize that they are not in business to help you their customer. If after almost a year of going back and forth with Webkul to get them to address genuine concerns about their product, and they have not, what makes you think they would now. Just stay away from them altogether.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! It requires an extension on installed on OpenCart that cost the abusive amount of $99. There are other extensions costing $20 if you look for it. Run away from this one!!!!

Really Worked Hard By Webkul Software..Highly Recommended Module For Opencart. One Suggestion Kindly Improve Customer support to give quick solution to problem without charging heavy support fee.

i use opencart 2.3.0.2,it can't work, the notice shows" Authentication issue, please provide valid store URL !" what's the problem?

was working with only those product that has 1 price. now its not importing any product. just a message that product details are fetched.

This extentsion is not working for me either. Is it because it is free? I was able to add it as an extension go to aliexpress and hover over the import button when I click a product it says to import store url and then tells me my store url is invalid when I have a store domain and website. I don't understand what I have done wrong or is this just a sham.

Amazing extension, a time consuming process to add a new product in Opencart is now just a few clicks away!
