Continuum is an extension to the Chrome Web Inspector that adds a panel for inspecting the state of promises: how many are pending, how many are resolved, and unhandled errors with their stack traces. This fills a gap that the Console cannot—that being, to remove errors from the log if they are handled asynchronously. JavaScript promise libraries, particularly Q, can communicate with the web inspector through a message passing protocol.
