Because Archive.org only streaming in lossy mp3's there is no way to download FLAC versions of shows. I personally don't know of any Deadhead who would want a lossy version of a show.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?? Everytime I try and download the full folder of the album the progress bar only fills half way and then it downloads the zip but when i check the folder only half of the tracks downloaded

I'm just finding this in Jan of 2022, as a slightly newer deadhead. This is a great tool. It makes downloading shows so easy.

Priceless and has always worked, since the Chromium daze. However, don't be a cheapskate. Donate Archive.org some dough and if you really like a mix buy the mixer a cup of coffee.

Works great for downloading whole shows. The individual song option does not appear to be working.

Never worked. Icon is grey, appears as an extension icon, bu clicking on it does not open an app. I removed the app , than reinstalled it and has same issue. won't open.

I love this extention. It works perfect on LinuxMint 19 Tara. Thank you developer. Only one question to ask the developer. Can you please port this to Firefox too?

Was working for a while but, even tho the extension is enabled, it doesn't show on any archive pages and therefore I can't grab anything.

It only worked once. after I used it once, I cant get it back on the archive page. Also, no directions (no directions needed for the initial download, but after, I cant get it to appear on any archive page.)

This is an excellent program that works very well.

There are very few ways to listen to the Grateful Dead on the internet. Grateful Grabber fills that nightmarish void. TY,GG!

EVERY TIME i use this app to download grateful dead shows, IT CRASHES MY COMPUTER, very poor, i need a reliable downloader, this one sucks balls, dleting it AGAIN

Dude, this is the best thing since sliced bread. Major kudos to you sir - I have all these soundboards sitting around on cassette from almost 30 years ago, trying to figure out how to put them on something to listen to. Fare thee well, friend!

Awesome program! I see that allowing users to download in FLAC looks to be in the works, which would be awesome! In addition, the ability to specify that you want 320 kbps MP3 would be very cool as well!

I love this app and appreciate whoever created it beyond words, but ever since the update it will not download all the songs from a show, just a few. Is there any way I can fix this?

cant find after installation

I do have one question about this widget. Say I want to download a concert that is available to download already in FLAC without the use of GG (meaning this concert is more than just "stream only"), and say I use GG to download the folder anyway, after the Zip compresses the folder, Will this widget download the available concert in FLAC quality?

Was previously using a stream ripper app to do this. Grateful Grabber does it much better.

I was using this in late July with great success. Today I tried to download a show and the grateful grabber widget is nowhere to be found on the archive page. I guess this doesn't work anymore or needs to be updated???

great in theory, but I don't understand how it is supposed to work - my understanding is somewhere on the actual show page it will appear? my page looks nothing like the screenshots, ggrabber is not displayed on the page. i want so badly to get this to work - is there a firefox version?

Unbelievable. From sourcing and dubbing cassettes to struggling with the archive, finally, an easy way to access these shows. Never thought I'd see this- absolutely one of the best extensions ever put together. Thank you.
