Actually how does this work? The second half number after the age what does it signify the seconds or something else ?

I love this extension but please fix this issue. When I press "Ctrl+Shift+B" to toggle off the Chrome bookmark toolbar it disables it also in a "New Tab" because it's managed by your extension and Chrome thinks that it's a normal page instead of an empty new tab.

Very glad to finally find a post-left anarcho-monarchist plugin with Western characteristics!

There's a bug – you need to enter +1 day for your date of birth, only then it will display the correct age. My birthday is tomorrow but it updated the age already. Tried twice to be sure. Time zone is UTC+1. Overall very good and minimalistic.

I really liked this extension. One thing I don't understand is changing colors of the text and background. In my case, the text is dark and background is white. But in the overview screenshot its vice versa: background is dark, text is white. How to change it like that?

A great add on that is in need of an update. It will 100% show you your age, but functionality has disappeared as Chrome has updated over the years and not all options are still available. Bring back options and it will be a 5* app once again. (This isn't just in reference to dark mode, if you accidentally set your age incorrect, you have to fully purge the add on from chrome or alter under the bonnet files.)

Very neat and simple extension. I only don't like how it doesn't show the bookmark toolbar when hidden like the default new tab does... It's a great combination to have your toolbar hidden and turning on the home button in chrome settings

Love the minimalist style. Like many other have suggested a DARK MODE will be perfect!

I used to be able to configure the background colour settings in the application files, but that changed after some update and everytime i tried to edit it, the application goes corrupt. I like it though and it gets a lot of funny attention from colleagues

I like it, but unlike the screenshot, mine shows up as bright white. How do I get the dark styling of the screenshot?

I really enjoy this app. It delights me and freaks almost everyone else out. I wish it supported date AND TIME, but I found a work around changing the localStorage.

It's very nice, just off by a day

I really like the idea of this extension, as it makes you reconsider how you spend your time. I've noticed though that the calculation is incorrect. It has calculated that I'm a year older a day too soon. It states I'm 49 when I'm not until tomorrow. Given that this only has one function, it's a shame it's off by a day. Also, I can't seem to find a settings option to check what my birthdate is saved as in the extension.

Very sad as tomorrow is my birthday, so looking forward to seeing 42.999999999, but it already popped and said I'm 43. I have another whole day of being 42 and Motivation stole it from me.

Though I feel reviewing is waste of my time but I must do it to help others. Thank you for realizing me how the time is racing away.

This thing is not taking date rather time zone(God knows which time zone its working) in consideration.... it was 3rd jan ... around 1pm i turned to 18 (completing 17 years) well this would be better if it was 12 midnight on my Bday which is on 4th.... & i have registered right date . i was planning to record the transformation of 17.999999 to 18.000000 but you ruined it. thanks

Firstly, I like the concept for this extension, as well as its minimalistic design. However, it suggests that my birthday is more than a day early. If it reports my age to nine decimal places, it should be accurate.

Cool idea, I dont understand why people have a problem with it being simplistic. Thats kinda the point; to take a glance and remind yourself you only have so much time. The reason I rated it 3 stars however is because its not entirely accurate. Im turning 21 tomorrow, but it thinks I turned 21 a few days ago

Bug fix request: I'm turing 30 tomorrow but this extension reports that I am 30.000337906 ....

I like minimalism, so this was great. It plainly gave my age. However, there was an error by an entire day, so I'm say, 90, a day in advance. I would also have liked to put in the approximate time I was born, e.g. 2:30 pm (since some people know and care). No option. But overall, if your're not fussy about that stuff. It's okay.

When i'm trying to edit the style.css to update the background color to grey like the one in your screenshot (by default its white for Chrome in windows), i see the extension getting deactivated and have to repair it. Please let me know how to edit the background and text colors as desired.

As a human approach my 50th birthday, this terrified me at first...gave me a sense of panic. However, after having it on my screen for a while, a strange phenomenon occurred.... time seemed to slow down. When I feel like time is getting away, I look at the timer and realize I did not lose as much as I thought. Seems a matter of relativity. Really grateful for this little device.

Interesting for regular motivation! A minor nit-pick: this doesn't respect your timezone. I'm in PST and this extension hit my birthday before it was my birthday in my timezone.

Great idea, I was pretty content with the extension but it seemed a little plain. I ended up finding a much better extension w/ the same idea called "Mortality". I realize this sounds like a cheesy plug but I really couldn't recommend it more

Any chance of getting a DAYS counter? I'm turning 10,000 days old soon and thought it would be cool.

Would have given 5 star rating if the below features were not missing: a) time zones not taken care properly (did not complete the count at 12 midnight, I waited for long to see the year change happening), and, b) wishing birthday to a user :)
