An utter trash. Unusable.

Pronunciation sound not working, menu bugs, limited freeware, not worth. This is the best WR extension if you need all it features for free: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rapid-wordreference/fbdhepgjnfmdlbfggopmjgnnhmcnghdf/related?hl=en-US All the other WR extensions are dumb ripoffs.

I loved it but, after 10 searches, I hated it. After 10 searches you have to purchase it, 10 PER DAY!!! No way

When I installed this addon it's came with no limited search. Now they change the function and only 10 search per day is available. They are fraud.

i think is a good application because when i am doing works or something it help me to translate it and can pronounce the words and synonymous also is useful for when you go to another country you can use it to communicate whith the people

I'd like some more options: - spelling suggestions (like on the web version) - to create a list of favourite words (like on the Android app) - to be able to change the order of the dictionaries

People should rate based on functionality, not a reasonable cost. I don't understand why people would give poor rating because it's no longer entirely free. I bought the paid version and it is worth every penny.

10 searches per day? You used to be cool.

Limited to 10 searches per day if you don't get the Pro license. It's basically useless.

This extension has been extremely helpful in the past. I don't like the new limit or how I have to pay since I have been using for a long time for free. If it was $1. I might actually pay

I'm really frustrated with this extension. The extension itself is fantastic, and I find it incredibly helpful. Yet with the new update, we are now forced to pay. I find this to be an absurd way of showing gratitude to the people who have been using this extension since it was first created. All of a sudden we have to pay? I may just switch to the main website (unless the person who created it wants to offer me premium for free - I have been using this extension for many years). Thanks for a good product, but it was a huge mistake to require people to pay.

French to English translation works great. You can customize the extension to use a specific translation metohd (e.g. Spanish to English, etc.) plus a few other things. App does a great job of finding that sweet spot between customization, ease of use, and simplicity. Well done!

Super useful, exactly what I wanted

This is a very good idea. I tried to conjugate an Italian verb and it does not work. I don't get results and the results' screen is generally broken. When this works, I would like to specify that I only care about Italian language so that the other languages do not appear in the list. I also wish the extension to remember the last type of feature I used. For example, I conjugated a verb vs I translated a word. Thanks.

I have been use it for almost 4 years... it's awesome n helpful...

Very good, but I wish you could be able to set your own default settings so that instead of having to find the translation in that long list it would have it already picked out for you. Also a voice to text feature would be nice. Very good other than that!

The best extension to get instant translations for single words. Thank you so much! Note: It'd be very helpful to see the pronunciation for words in English.

"English definition" doesn't work..... (also all the other languages' definitions.....)

Not the most attractive app and site.

After customizing the extension, when I have a word highlighted on a page, if I click the button in the toolbar I find that word already inserted in the search-box of the extension, but I still have to press "search" to look for that word; it would be nice if one can also customize the extension to auto-search the highlighted word, so that one have just to press the button of the extension in the toolbar.

Many languages do not work. Anything using Russian breaks the plugin and generates an empty response.

It was a great extension, the best multi-language dictionary, but now it does'nt work anymore.

As it says the rate value... it was ok. And now, it is not. Simply, STOPPED working.

Uninstalling because the highlight word, right-click-lookup function doesn't work. If I wanted to go through the trouble of copying and pasting, I can use my pinned WR tab. Also, options page doesn't remember the "Automatically select the last transaction used." option when I check it.

I select the word I want to translate but it does,nt appear in the translation box. It would be better to get the translation page straightly opened when the word is selected Thank for the app anyway.

404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. This is happening in english, spanish and french (all combinations). THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN THE RIGHT CLICK MODE IS USED.Thank you.

I love the service, it's really helpful! But I have a problem since several days, it simply doesn't work anymore, and I don't know why, sounds like a bug or may be a conflict with another add-on When I push the button "Search" nothing happens... Any help? Thanks in advance

Just what I always wanted! Any developments welcome, but I love it already.

I've used this one since the beginning, but what really sucks is that you have to click on the input box to enter the word to translate EVERY TIME; it's not automatic when you open it, like any other extension So if you wanna do this fast and enter the word right away, like entering the word and press Enter to see the result; and you wanna translate "River" it ends up selecting something crazy like translate from russian to chinese or something like that, only because the default option is the dropdown and not the input box A silly mistake but always annoying would be easy to fix, tough

Version 4.0 works perfectly with lastest wordreference site updates. Love the conjugation feature!

Hi Philippe, First, bravo pour cette extension très bien faite!! Would it be possible to have the search bar highlighted when we click on the extension (as it used to be the case in the previous versions)? For now, when we open the extension the dropdown list for the languages is highlighted and forces us to do another click or Ctrl+Maj+Tab to access the search bar and enter the word we want to have a look at. I know I am nip ticking but I would make the extension even more convenient to use. Again, congratulations for this amazing work!! Cheers, Romain

No longer works at all due to wordreference redesigning their site!

This extension has been extremely helpful for me as a Spanish student - I can look stuff up even as I type things in google docs without ever leaving the window. A+
