Not bad overall, but they've removed integration with github's milestones in favor of their own sprints system which makes it pretty much unusable for managing open source projects.

One of the most seamless extensions that extends a platform (GitHub) that I've ever used. Use it every day.

Can't imagine not having this!

Required to use for a class - It works decently well, but it is frustrating to have all the extra clutter when working on repositories which don't use it.

The best project management solution for GitHub. 1) Never have to leave GitHub UI for track and plan 2) all my developers love it 3) non-technical team members get the visibility they need

Having this plugin convert any and all of my Github repositories to a scrum board, both for my personal projects and my work projects, is simply revolutionary. Keep up the good work, zenhub!

Great tool, a little slow on load specially if there is a lot of data but its a great alternative to some of the other tools out there. Plenty of features to keep a team in order.

Kanban is the way

Really like the ZenHub.io service. The Board in particular. Customizable pipelines and priorities for issues are AWESOME. Changes immediately show to other users and the integration with the issue history is flawless. The plug-in does sometime stall out, forcing you to reload the page. A minor inconvenience and your data is never threatened. The Boards feature is OK but needs more work to realize its potential. For example, it should work without assigning estimates, support multiple milestones, support views of issue "flow" and so forth. GitHub should buy ZenHub and support these features natively!

The "boards" button often does not seem to work and I end up reloading the page.

A fantasic and simple issue tracking system. Easy to use and doesn't interupt workflow. That said there are still a few features which would improve it, but even as it stands it is a solid base. The tight integration with Github is a definite benefit and the UI is clear and usable.

My first experience with ZenHub was absolute shock. Then a sense of giddy happiness when I realized that using Github had just become that much more awesome. The UI is so intuitive.

Now the executives use Trello and Development uses Zenhub. Perfect separation of concerns.

Excellent. I'd only like to see a few more features to support Kanban project management: cycle time metrics, lane limits, etc.

Ditch trello after I found this amazing plugin.

Great tool. Absolutely loving it. It's integrated with github to begin with... markdown support, intuitive and clean interface. Guys at ZenHub are definitely doing a great job.

An essential development tool. Github needs to buy this company and integrate it. I used to use Jira and was a huge fan of Pivotal Tracker. ZenHub + Github is my new favorite agile tool.

Good tool but i don't assign issue to more one user. I think you should upgrade this function.

It is a good tool but still missing some improvements: - Attachment docs are done through comments, what makes really difficult to find the information. If you want to find a document you have to go through the whole history of comments of the issue, and this can make you choose the wrong docs. - There is no timesheet management, which is not good for you in order to manage project scheduling. - Epics does not exist so it is not really nice to collect statistics based on features ... - Capacity of the team is not shown so Scrum Planning capacity has to be calculated by hand - No way to track retrospective but to create another issue and by placing the comments

This is an amazing set of features and extremely well done and useful. I definitely recommend it to development teams. Because it is extra functionality layered on top of Github through an extension, there is some lag & display then redisplay of pages which isn't a perfect experience. However, I give huge credit to the ZenHub team for getting it to work, period. If they could make a deal with Github for direct integration (hint hint Github), this would be a 6 star toolset.

If the strength and simplicity of using Github's issues for project management is your thing, this extension is a must to make sense of the haystack.

Lacks a mobile app, which was my favourite thing about Trello. Otherwise, an outstanding product.

Zenhub has been a godsend for organizing our Github issue queue. It would be nice to be able to see current and past velocity, not just a burndown chart.

Switched from Jira which is a good tool if you're using Bitbucket. When our team switched to GitHub, ZenHub was no brainer

ZenHub is an awesome solution for our scrum process. So far their customer service and communication has been absolutely fantastic. Based on their own backlog, it also looks like they'll be providing valuable improvements in the near future - which means our team is now fully committed to using it!

Really useful and convenient; a few more improvements to come (which seem to be on their roadmap) and it will be truly fantastic.

Made a chaotic, mess of tickets into a workable pipeline. I don't know what we would have done without it.

Page load is a bit slow IMHO.

The missing Github workflow tool. I actually haven't opened Trello for 1-2 weeks, i find this extension very useful and productive. Thanks guys!

some bugs, (page reloads, sometimes tickets dont show up) and kinda slow, but at least someone did it!

Great tool and it fundamentally helped change how we work with Github! Thank you! Now if they can just add some better reporting (Burndown really helps now) and expand on it.

Awesome - no more Jira!

messes up my email (seems to inject some buttons in my gmail view but does so in a way which shifts the message titles so I can't see the first few characters) Sometimes it seems to mess up the github screen. I can't scroll to the top of the page. Very frustrating. How to turn it off temporarily? Where are the shortcut keys documented? I search for an hour and couldn't find any help. Also when ZH takes over the github view, i removes the search box. How to turn ZH off so I can use search again for a moment? I really don't understand why anyone would give it 5 stars.

We replaced Pivotal Tracker with this tool for our task management. We love that it's mostly just a lightweight add-on to GitHub which is already awesome. We get more traceability than we did with Pivotal (because GH is awesome) but still get the benefit of having task swim lanes. The 'f' shortcut key is awesome. More shortcuts plsss! :)

Stumbled upon this when looking for a way to effectively collaborate between front end and back end designers. I have to say, I agree with Fabiano P Soriani below when he says it extends GitHub in a good way. Nothing feels hand-fisted or forced. There is a place for everything and despite lacking a few things I would like to see, is currently very feature rich. If you use github, give this a shot. I think it will really help you.
