I've been a customer for over a year. They doubled their pricing to force customers to use their new and improved (I doubt it) Waalaxy version. No communication to tell me that oh... system won't work anymore and you have to either upgrade to Waalaxy or cancel. This is after telling customers they have until December to switch over. I'll be posting this on Linkedin to warn customers of their game strategy. Turns out, I've found much better marketing applications than theirs. Don't let them take advantage of you!

We tried this service over a year again and cancelled in the money-back period. Now a year later, they billed us again and we also found out we never received the original refund even though it was settled with support. Their practices are quite unprofessional and their software is buggy.
