This is perfect. Simple easy and fast, and a great replacement for the native Chrome reader that tends to appear and disappear every version.
Nice in a simplistic way.. few options. Good for someone who needs something simple. Doesn't work with my Auto Copy extension.
Great extension, nice theming options! Unlike the chrome reading mode, the page doesn't need to reload and the altered page is generated hella fast!

I have finally found what I needed. Absolutely useful, correct formatting with simple settings.

Seems to work fine for me. This is the one thing that Edge browsing had over Chrome -- until now that I've discovered this.

I almost tried all the read-related extensions in chrome and this is the most powerful one I could find. It's the ONLY one working on all the website I selected w/o omitting any information. GOOD
The only extension that works correctly at stackoverflow.com. Great formatting, dark theme, custom CSS... 5 stars from me.

On a local news website, I kept getting an annoying popup asking me to disable my ad blocker and I had to keep reloading the page to read a news article. This plug-in promptly fixed the issue by displaying only the article text without the popups (and constant burnups). Works the same way as the reading view on the Microsoft Edge browser. Very useful extension.

Excellent extension, really helps on those stupidly designed webpages that are hard to read.
I used this for about a year. It worked well in distilling the articles for a time, but over the last couple of months (November and December), all it did was "spin," never showed the material. Also, about half the time, when I tried to print from Distiller Mode, all it showed to print was blank pages. I've deleted and reinstalled. Hoping the problems were temporary.

Doesn't work at all. All I see is a throbber.
Must have addon! Just uses Chrome's inbuilt functionality to declutter pages. Obviously anything that stops you from getting distracted by nagging banners and graphics must be restricted by El Goog who removed the distill mode flag from past few builds on. Sincere thanks to the dev of this extension.
Pretty good, this works better than Just Read for some articles. Just wish there was more customization on the fonts. Basically if you cloned all the font styles from safari's reader mode it would look way nicer.
It is indeed a very good extension, almost the same quality as we have using Mozilla Firefox. To be perfect, it must work with google translator extension POP-UP. It doesn't work at all: when activated, it stops Google Translator POP-UP and it doesn't make sense improve reading experience, cutting off, otherwise, the google translator pop-up tool

Just what i needed! I have a problem though. is there anyway that i could make Google translate (or any extension like it) work with reading mode? When i reading mode, it won't trigger.

An extension which works wonders, there is no other app which filters junk better than DOM Distiller! Look no further, a must have Extension!

Does exactly what I want it to do - strips out the junk and distractions and lets me read the article that I'm interested in. One or two more formatting options would be nice, but the developers are to be commended for keeping everything simple, clean and elegant.
It would be great if there's a keyboard shortcut to initiate this mode instead of using the mouse to enable it.
