Super useful. Fast, simple and multiple capture options!

It would be nice if it was a robust as the desktop version but it is attiquite to use on the road.

i download it just thought that help me record specific area but it isn't

CloudApp is WAAAAAY BETTER than Loom. High-quality videos and CAs screenshot capabilities don't even compare with any other tool. This is a must-have for quick and clear communication whether it is internal, external, personal, professional, etc. It has been a game changer and a must-have in my tool stack.

The chrome extention CloudApp was very simple to use and helped me out a lot with during my school work as all the other screen recording apps were not working or needed a membership, and the videos were also very smiple to send with just a link and no need to download anything.

Super simple and useful to use when you want to avoid meetings, need a quick decision or want to review things at yours/teams convenience.

It's so seamless and easy to use! Anytime I need to record my screen I just click Cloudapp in my browser and boom it's recording.

it was a bit laggy when loading however it's VERY useful and efficent in the end, loved its quality and i hope to use it more in the future

Worked really well so far for me, the app and the browse extension are awesome together. Currently I'm dealing with some bugs in the app like the app crashing etc but I used it for 2 years and this is the first time I had issues

I needed the ability to quickly get a screen recording set up. CloudApp made it very simple and self explanatory. Words can only say so much, and seeing is believing - I highly recommend CloudApp for my screen recording needs.

This tool is excellent. It helps me improve my communication with my team because I can write and paste links to screenshots to exemplify what I'm saying.

best tool ive found for taking a screenshot of a longer webpage. it's not perfect and sometimes takes a few tries to get the best screen grab, but i'm still a huge fan of this tool.

I've been using this almost every week to share my students how to do certain things in preparation for their podcast launch. I use it mainly for screen recording and plan to use more for product demo videos to YouTube. I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants to create demo videos or is doing an training program.

I've been using the extension to screenshot and record my computer screen for a couple of weeks now. The program works great most of the time but there was one instance where I would hit record, the little play/pause menu would show up but the extension wouldn't actually record anything. I'm still not sure what fixed the issue but it was bewildering.

So far, really, REALLY good! I used to use a multi step process with a different software that essentially worked the same but sucked up too much of my time and to be truthful, was a lot less smooth on the execution front. With CloudApp, I love that I can do multiple things in one space when it comes to taking a screenshot, editing and marking it up as needed. The quality of the image and final shot I need is amazing. No more futzing about with settings and tedious over complicated steps. So happy to have found this. Can't wait to test out the screen recording as well when we need it. Thank you for making this such and obvious and easy choice (ummm, free download of Chrome extension took a millisecond!)

CloudApp is easier to use than most other screen capture software I've tried in the past, and for me that's what sets it apart. It is easy to instal - just set it up on your browser and the rest is easy. I did encounter some hitches though; I wasn't able to capture a screenshot of a very long email. I had to capture it in three sections, which I thought was rather inefficient. Other than that, I recommend it for every day screen captures.

It's become an essential part of my workflow. I use nearly every key feature from screenshots to screen recordings and everything in between. Definitely my favorite of these sorts of products.

I was introduced to this extension through my job and fell in love with it immediately. As we provide A LOT of screenshots to our users. The added Annotations feature is a god-send for easily directing them where they should be looking. For our development team, being able to provide easy screen recordings helps beyond notating issues and gives them the ability to see what and how an issue is occurring. Can't say enough about CloudApp but I'm so glad to have it that I installed it on my personal PC as well. Great job guys!!!

This app is great. I just started out using it as an extension but if you download the full app version it really is very useful. There's just a bit of trouble choosing the correct version to download that will be compatible to your device.

This app is arguably great. The fact that you can download all your videos, whether on the free or pro plan, is a huuuge plus. The only challenges I see here are: [1] Video length for the free access is short [2] Takes a bit to upload a recording In any case, I think you guys won my heart

Cloud app is a very useful extension. I can easily share something to my team members/colleagues without an issue. It makes explaining things to them seamless as they can see the video of what I am talking about.

I love CloudApp! I use it every day and have for several years. It has been really reliable and powerful. I am giving this rating because the main tool is excellent and the extension does function. That said, the extension is OK. Probably 3 stars. I really need it to be 100% faster. I don't like waiting for the tab to open after a screen capture. Just capture and move on. If I am watching a presentation, I need to be able to take dozens of screenshots in a row very rapidly and I can't do that with the CloudApp extension. I also use Share X and Eagle.Cool and love those as well. Both are better for quick processing than CloudApp.

Easy to use for capturing quick screengrabs when explaining issues or how-to's for internal and external use!

This is a great tool I use every so often when being able to see is much better than writing a long email to explain myself. Only issues are when using the desk app, it quite often does not respond when you are trying to open it to capture the screen.

Love the extension. I can easily create a screenshot or screencast to send over to my team. My only complaint is the annotations don't work that well for me.

My work account works great but personal one did not. Harder to use and does not record sound at all.

Great app, however i could not find keyboard shortcut configuration options and had to turn it off to be able to use option + shift + L for writing text purposes (it was asking me for permission to share my screen). Other than that - awesome :)

Easy to use Smooth

I have been using CloudApp on my Mac for years now. The app makes it super easy to share screenshots with my customers and speed up the process of troubleshooting. I recently built a Linux laptop and was so happy to find the CloudApp Chrome extension so that I can use CloudApp on my Linux laptop.

I like that when we need to share the screenshot or video is very easy through the link, since it can be adjusted to share almost anywhere. The only thing is that if for example we need to screenshot something outside the browser, or a pop up screen, it doesn't show it.

Does exactly what I need it to do. Very handy for including screenshots as links instead of attachments.

I was searching this type of tool from long time, and it is very useful because many time I have to send screenshot with some highlighted text then before I have to use some other tool in which I have to store that after editing but by using this tool its make me very work convenient.

I love the video recording feature. I've used it to make Youtube videos. High quality. In Annotate, I'd like to have thick-line options. It seems the thickest is only 60, and it's very thin.

This app is great and super helpful with keeping record of specific steps. The blurring, numbering and outlining features are great for tutorials, and the ability to customize the color is a great touch. I've both downloaded the cloud tool on my computer and in chrome, but it keeps uninstalling or disappearing from my computer. I keep reinstalling and get the same issue. The chrome extension seems to work fine though.

CloudApp saves me so much time! The ability to be recording a video or annotating screenshots to help others understand what I am talking about saves me countless hours per month. Our company is mostly remote at this point, so Cloudapp has saved a lot of frustration in just communicating visually and talking through issues in our product, tools we use, etc to save us wasted time in meetings. Keep it rolling Scott and team!

CloudApp is highly effective and highly useful - I use it as a tool to aide remote learning. Screen capture is seamless, and the app avoids the need for repetition: a process is taught, the video is available, and can be returned to at any given time. Really helpful.

I love how easy it is to take a screenshot. It's also nice to edit the image captured and copy the content into a message. Highly Recommended!!!

This is a super useful extension that allow me to communicate with my co-workers asynchronously. I often have the need to record and share some video clips in my team. With CloudApp, I no longer need to record, put it good drive and share the other a link and the whole process is seamless.

This app helps me a lot when I want to explain something. No need for video calls, or opening another app if I want to do a screenshot.

Easy to use, and very intuitive, useful in sharing with the team the screen recording. The tools available to highlight inside in each screenshot is very useful instead of using any third party tool. specially for Mac users.

Chrome extension doesn't work. Every time I try to take a screenshot, I get an error message as follows: Could not upload a drop: Error: Request failed with status code 422 App looks nice, but it's not doing its job.

its good does what its supposed to and you can draw boxes and circles on it. only get 50 videos and 1 minute long FYI

I recently started using this app because it was recommended from a course I took. At the beginning I was a bit hesitant since I'm used to screen capture and saving it manually. After one day using it I can say this is a must if you appreciate saving it effortless and immediately creating a collection to save your screen capture as you see fit. I don't know if I can just click the next image without having to go back to the collection, if that is the case, It will be great to be able to navigate thru all the captures in slide flow. One time I had an issue crashing, after a while it was restored the service. I definitely will keep using this app and the extension specially.

The extension makes it really easy for me to make screen recordings and take screenshots. I wish that there was an option to download from the dropdown but otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied.

Just discovered this app, I like the link feature vs. copying and sending the actual image. So far I am preferring this app vs. the prior 2 apps I have been using. I will continue to use and share the saas solution. I will try out the video portion in the near future. Thus far great tool for efficiency.

I have been using cloudapp for a week now. So far it's been awesome. The extension is really easy to use. It integrates seamlessly with chrome and makes recording the screen a breeze. I haven't had enough time to test all the features included with the app but so far everything's been fine. I hope they keep adding amazing features to the app in the future. I'm looking forward to using cloudapp even more in the future.

This app has simplified my workflow immensely. I can do a quick recording or screen capture ( even desktop capture) and share it with anyone. Using app on phone I can access instantly and share using any messenger app.

I love this. I use it to send screenshots with annotations to my coworkers. We work with website development and it's really useful in communicating bugs with the websites we manage. I've had no issues so far.

Love it. I just use the free version but it's made my job so much easier. Way better than Dropbox or others. Very clear shots, user-friendly, the ability to annotate and then simply share a link is terrific.

Overall this extension is a great addition to the CloudApp family. I have been using the desktop version for some time but this extension gives me the ability to create scolling screenshots of webpages. I love it! Now that I am able to use the screen recording features on my chromebooks as well, the extension has become my go-to tool on PC as well!

I love this app. Five stars from me, even though it likes to shut down on me without notice (I still dont know why), it has been an extremely useful, easy and effective tool to make clips and gif. The trim and clip features are awesome and I have only scratched the surface of all this app can do for me. Annotations, I need to practice with that awesome feature. I am not a professional by any means. Cloud App makes my work look good. Thank you for making this app so easy to use with great results.

I write a lot of process docs and the tutorial videos I create using CloudApp are a huge value add. They lead to a lot of open ended questions creating extra sales opportunities. I find it to be very useful.
