Absolutely great, must-have extension. Should be part of Chrome by default.

recently my bookmarks became out of sort by date. this extension helped me to see my recent bookmarks. nice job. although it would be useful if it could be opened in a new window or doesn't close when I click on a specific bookmark. it closes right after I click on a bookmark and I have to click on it again in order to find and open another bookmark. it is a little inconvenient.

This extension is great, and It boggles my mind that Chrome doesn't have *any* way to sort bookmarks by most recent without resorting to an extension. Who on earth wants to see something they bookmarked a decade ago as the first choice?

Honestly it's one of those features you would think was native to chrome, so glad it's available!

Good, But it not working most of time when you click the star button, it does not drop off , does not show the bookmarks, you have to click many time to make it work, please improve it. thanks

I have click many times to get the dropdown list to come out. Please improve it. thanks Clever enough, as most time we only need recent bookmarks :) and it just shows what we need instead of search in different folders!! Well done. will this extension work forever? Also any security risk? :)

So helpful. So obvious. I do wish it didn't ask me "are you sure you want to delete this?" Is it deleting it from Recent, or the bookmark itself. Still awesome.

i love this extention a lot and i use it since 2015, but recently there a problem, sometimes when click star icon to open the list, nothing happen, the list not opening, i click right click on icon star and go to options page to fix this problem, but it's happening again after some time, please fix it.

Occasionally clicking on the icon in the Chrome menu hangs up and fails to open the bookmarks. The icon is highlighted but nothing happens. I'm not sure why. It seems like it is trying to sync, maybe. Otherwise, great extension. Thank you!

Did you sort by name accidentally like me? You'll LOVE this extension! Doesn't quite undo my mistake (come on google why can't you solve this), it does show me my bookmarks in order of date in the extension. :-)

This is a great extension! I just wish this was searchable with command+F, if you can please add a button that will allow me to open this list in a new tab so I can search through them. Thanks!

Unfortunately the app shows sites visited in Incognito mode. If this can't be addressed then I will have to find a different app that does not do this. Otherwise a very handy app. Thanks! :)

Total junk. I really can't figure out what this does beside tell you a date of every book mark you DON'T want to know about. I've looked at the options and their is 1, allowing you to choose how many bookmarks you want to see in this application. Totally useless in my opinion.

Really like it and it will be better if I can hide some which I won't use in recent days.Now I can only delete it.

Take 5 seconds. Just install it...then click the star...OMG thank GOD So useful (clean too). I like minimalism, and love seeing my recent bookmarks ridiculously easy.

With thousands of bookmarks scrolling to the end of the list is time consuming. This extension is the solution. It's sad I had searched for it long time and it was available 4 years ago but I could not find it. Only 26000 users but is needed by millions a would guess.

"Oh, where did I save that bookmark I made the other day?" If you ever asked that question of yourself then this is your extension. Provides the most recent ones organized by date. Shortcut to the Bmark manager. Very helpful.

It show me the most recent bookmarks,but when I click on the extension, the bookmarks list loads slowly!

Hey Dev, the extension is good, however when you click the icon and then click your desired bookmark the menu is still visible, It should just disappear once you click on the desired bookmark right? that would be great, can you please fix it.. Update: the dev actually fixed my previous issue..great man..yo are awesome..i cant live without this extension..

Doesn't seem to open consistently or properly. Unable to delete bookmarks from it as well. Very buggy. Running on OX 10.11.3; Chrome version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit). Thanks!

This is excellent! The date component of the bookmark should be a must have column in bookmark manager in fact!

Thank you so much for doing this. Why Google changed the way bookmarks are listed is beyond me. I thought I had lost them for good, then I realised what they had done. This is a godsend

Good program. It lets you see up to 1000 bookmarks, not just 25 as the description says. I would like to be able to see the URL of the bookmark when hovering, not just the exact date and time bookmarked. Does what I need, shows my recent bookmarks by date including the weekday (Sunday, Monday, etc.)

Great little extension, something badly missing from Chrome.

It amazes me that Chrome removed the recent bookmarks option in the bookmark manager. Simply makes no sense. Fortunately this extension is a good workaround. It would be nice to see a section in the bookmark manager again for recent bookmarks. But for the meantime, this is a welcome fix.

The recent bookmarks bar in Google Chrome's bookmark manager was far superior to this. I am using this mainly due to the fact that google disabled the feature for who knows what reason. I would give this program 5 stars if it could load significantly faster, and if you can delete bookmarks quickly instead of having the bar disappear, then reappear and finally ask if you want to really delete the bookmark. This program does have great potential though.

This plugin shouldn't need to exist, but google removed this feature so its really nice to have it back. Thanks!

It's very handy, but really really slow loading every time i restart my browser. Once its finally loaded, it seems to run ok. It also doesnt seem to be sorting by date, i just moved all bookmarks from folders to my main bookmarks bar folder. It's not showing recents at all..

time saver,very useful,your most recent bookmarks are always in order by time/date added, and life saver when time is crucial dead line...how can you not like this feature or not need it??? its simply an awesome feature

Why on earth Google left out "Recent Bookmarks" is mind boggling. This extension more than makes up for it !! Great work.
