This is a huge SCAM! I purchased it a month ago, and since it freezes after the first time you use it, i've been trying to cancel it every day since. They just won't do it. They keep asking for my PayPal account, which I don't have, or telling me to go to the FAQ section of their website, which doesn't solve the problem. Such a joke! I bought it with my credit card, not PayPal, so the only way I managed to stop the recurring payment was cancelling my credit card, which sucks! Avoid it at all costs! And based on all the other negative reviews here, they'll respond to this review saying they have more than 99% of success rate within their customers. CLEARLY not true with this many negative reviews and such a low rating. Just terrible.
This App is complete bull. I have written in October, November and now in January to cancel my subscription, but have heard no reply and have been charged $16 for a service that I do not use or want. I see replies to reviews here suggesting that you use the contact us page on saturation inspector's site to cancel and receive a refund. But - guess what - I've done that 3 times. No reply and no refund. Additionally, when I try to use the support chat I get now where. Such a scam! I will be sure to warn all of my followers on multiple social media platforms to avoid this product.
Cannot cancel subscription once you subscribe. Do not purchase.
