Not able to use the extension. Already did basic troubleshooting not of them worked. When I try to logged in to my account the pop up window just keeps on loading forever!

So far so good! The support team is there to help every step of the way. They reached back to me immediately. What I thought was an issue, really wasn't. I think I was a bit excited on using the yellow guy that I skipped a step. LOL. The app works great and it does exactly what I need it to do.
