Highly recommended for bipolar or users in high stress environments I have gotten a unique response every time I've clicked the button. Except once. In the settings there is an option for "I'm Feeling Lucky" even though it was checked at install so far I haven't experienced it. A way to improve it would be to add WaveNet voices that read outloud or guide you, You could also add more variation to the breathing exercise.
I rarely notice the notifications. I was looking for something that would help me periodically take breaks, but if I don't notice the notification, then it doesn't work for that.
Notifications won't work
This app has made a great impact in my life. Thank you developers! ???
IT DOESNT WORK!
It is not that I hate this extension. It was really good when it worked. But it no longer works so 1 star. Make it work again, you'll earn the extra four stars back.
Great extension!
Well... It is a bit lacking. For example, I get out of work at 18:00, so I would like to have reminders from then up to 01:30 when I have to stay up late, but I get an error message saying "the end time has to be after the start time". Fixing this is extremely easy code, so yeah. Also, the options for "Remind me of a mindful break" (when to do it) could easily have the option to be combined with each other, but it doesn't let you. I guess this was done as a hobby by one of their programmers in 20 minutes and they decided to make it into an extension.
I would give it a 5 star rating when it worked on my Pixelbook. Now on my Asus Chromebox the notifications do not work. It should not be the extensions since they are the same on both devices. I wanted to reach out to the developer but unfortunately, there is no contact information. Looking at the other reviews there seem more people who have the same issue. Great idea and appreciate the effort. Unfortunately, poor execution.
Just simple and perfect.
I love the idea of this but it hasn't notified me even once! Any idea how to fix this?
Hello Google team I have set up the bell to ring every 1 hour, but it didn't ring. This function is quite important and helpful to me. Kindly help. What should I do to make it work? Thank you
Notifications don't work.
helpful useful
I love this Chrome Extension. It helps refresh my mind and helps me fight fatigue especially after sitting long hours.
good
This is so helpful for my mind it works. Thanks!
so wonderful. the breathing exercise is amazing. the little quotations are short and sweet, but so meaningful. LOVE IT. also, i see people commenting about the notifications not working, and i may have the solution. i had the same problem, but then i remembered that i had my chrome notification settings set to 'don't interrupt me.' therefore if you are on the computer, the notifications won't work. i updated my settings and the notifications worked just fine! just a suggestion! love the app! 100/100 ;)
Absolutely love this extension. I wish there was a way to track how many times you are doing the breathing exercise and a common suggestion that I saw that would be nice to incorporate would be a pomodoro function. Besides that, this is a really nice extension.

crazy software which I refer to Insanely well made..
notifications don't work :/
This calms me very much and i have learned many things in a short time with this extension. Thank you very much!!!
great! really helps me calm down when im frustrated!
Not working the notification breaks.
I think this extension worked ... once, maybe twice. No matter how I change the settings, I never see a break message. It's set with: Remind me of a mindful break × Every 1 hours Remind me with × Badge icon × Browser notification × Bell sound (preview) Restrictions unchecked
Being able to set reminders in minute increments instead of just hours would be very helpful as a reminder to stretch/move etc. If a student verions could be created, it would also support children learning self-regulation to pace school work with mindful breaks. For young students, segments less than an hour are needed. In addition, there would need to be the ability to edit the messages and personalize them to the strategies that students are using.
Great
It's a great extension but it's taken hold of my command + c buttons so now I can't copy/paste anything properly on my mac. Any help would be much appreciated it! :)
Excellent with some bugs I guess. 1) I keep getting reminders even when I try and turn them off. 2) I would like it to give option to set the intervals in minutes too beside the hours 3) This can be coupled with pommodoro functionality to increase productivity while also being mindful!
stop playing games.. get in the game NOW
This is a perfect extension as far as programming goes. It's clean and works well and does everything I want it to do. But one of the mindful notes was "You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else. If you accept yourself for who you are, you'll make people happy just by being around them." This is dangerous ableism. It says that people who don't love themselves don't deserve love or happiness. Please remove that note. The rest seem to be wonderful.
I wish that we could schedule multiple times for the mindful breaks instead of just one. I love the one break that I schedule, but I could use a couple more.
It's really beautifully done, and I'm enjoying it. My only minor complaint is that when it goes full-screen for the break, I'd have liked a simple "close" or "Back to My Day!" type of button to close the tab it creates. Hitting <escape> and finding/closing the tab is a minor nuisance, and really, it's not even a big deal. The aesthetics and design are simple and peaceful. It works flawlessly, and isn't bogged down with trivial features that add complexity to the interactions.
