There is a bug with using Simplify with Workday that my friend and I have both experienced. If a Workday profile is saved for a company from a previous application, then Simplify reverses progress on the next application and causes some interference with some of the things filled out. My friend quit using Simplify because of this frustration, but I figured out that i just shouldn't use it when this is about to happen. I have other suggestions as well if you are interested.

Love this! saving lot's of hours in job hunting and applying. Highly recommended! With just a few enhancements like allowing to use different resumes based on Job title (Intern/ Full time Resume) and adding a few more frequently asked questions to the autofilling list on Job application, Simplify will be the best ever for job seekers

Insanely useful, I can't believe nothing like it existed before. What's great about Simplify is that not only does it autofill applications, it somehow manages to be a better job board in terms of discovering jobs and tracking applications than any site I had previously seen. For now it seems focused on tech jobs which makes sense as an initial market, but I hope it is able to grow and compete with the likes of LinkedIn and Indeed.

Is there a way to make it so the job descriptions can be longer than 750 characters, I can't use the extension because of this.

One of the best Chrome extensions I've ever used.

I started using Simplify today and I love it. It has saved me a ton of time and I highly recommend it!

This will save you so, so, soooo much time when applying to jobs. Especially the jobs that require manually filling in the same information over and over again (looking at you Workday). It turns a 3 minute application into a 15 second application, and a 30 second application into a 1 click application. It also provides you with plenty of great recommendations for jobs every day, which is extremely easy to navigate and find. Much better than most job board in my opinion. Honestly its amazing that its free for us users to use :)

Doesn't support Anadolu University and won't let me type it manually; only lets you select "Other".

When applying for jobs, you either want to apply for roles your strong in or as many as you can. This extension has saved me value seconds and has resulted in me securing more interviews and not spending so much time retyping the same info. I would recommend this tool.

This seems to be mostly US centric. Simplify probably works well for finding opportunities in the US, but not very well when looking for opportunities in London, UK. After filling in my preferences, it could hardly find any matches and now I see no matches on my portal. The lists are full of US positions too. It would be great if Simplify could work on expanding its presence outside the US.

Pretty good. I like that it can handle multi-page forms. I wish I could use it to autofill any form, even if it was one that Simplify didn't recognize yet. I just would prefer to have Smart autofill and manual autofill (kind of an oxymoron) in one extension.

Great in theory, but doesn't allow you to fill out non-credit bearing certification and degrees, it shortens the length you can fill in job duties, and other areas where information is truncated where you absolutely don't want to do this for specific ATS keyword reasons. Great idea with poor execution.

I've been using this extension for years. Has saved me probably hundreds of hours between internship hunting during college and now applying for full time roles as I'm about to graduate. Couldn't be more thankful for Michael and the team behind it!

Best tool for relieving stress and anxiety. I really appreciate your amazing work Michael and the Simplify team! You are truly making the world a better place! Some feedback: 1. It does not automatically fill in the "skills" section on the WorkDay platform which many companies use for applications. I have to enter the skills one by one, which takes quite a lot of time. 2. The "profile" section could see some improvements. It does not support all universities. Some community colleges are not on the list. It shows as "Other" so I have to change it manually. It's a free app so I don't expect it to be perfect. But I'm looking forward to seeing more improvements in the future!

One of the best Chrome extensions I've ever used. It saves me a TON of time applying to multiple opportunities across multiple sites. Using this extension greatly speeds up the process of entering that resume profile/work history information that many career sites require. I very highly recommend this tool!

I had to fill out lengthy applications prior to using Simplify, which now handles more than 70% of my work. I think this is an incredible product.

Don't get we wrong, this is a super helpful add-on in the job search. However, with most companies using Workday, all requiring a different log in - a Workday specific extension that bypasses having to create an account for every application would make this a great tool. Again, once you've created a log in for the 1,000th time to apply, this add-on does make the rest of the process super easy. In summary - helpful. Just doesn't get around those pesky Workday sites!

Amazingly useful. Saved me so much time applying for jobs. It's so easy. About 80-90% of the job application forms I went through were supported by Simplify and after one click, I only needed to spend atmost 10 seconds on the page before my application was complete and ready to be submitted.

Autofill saves me a lot of time on filling out the same things.

I love this product. It is very convenient to fill out applications using it. Most of my applications get filled fast now. I hope in the future, you could let users add questions and answer them so that any new questions in the forms get filled too, such as age above 18 questions and so on.

It is an excellent add-in, it saves a lot of time for resume filling but for some reason, any new changes made in the simplify me are not reflected while filling the applications however I have to remove the extension and add it again so that it can work perfectly. Also, I would like to suggest adding the Languages field and an option to give the complete address that will be a lot more useful.

I heard really great things about this extension from my peers, and It was highly recommended to me. I initially had problems accessing the extension but was provided help very quickly (like within 10 minutes). Very easy to use and accessible app, can't wait to see how it progresses!

Solid extension for those looking to apply to jobs! Especially as a college student, I am mass applying to tons of companies on a daily basis, and entering the same information over and over again becomes exhausting. This extension allows you to autofill basic information that they ask everytime on every single application. Would recommend the install! Some Improvements: - For sites that Simplify doesn't register for autofilling, I would recommend making a feature that users can submit an unsupported Simplify website, so it can be added to future updates. - For easier setup process, users can connect their LinkedIn profiles to their Simplify account, which virtually contains all the same information that Simplify asks you for. This way, it keeps one source of central truth, if a user updates their LinkedIn in the future. As for the dev side, you can just have a button that says "Update profile from LinkedIn", so you don't have to automatically check whether a user updates their LinkedIn profile or not, and they can do it manually.

Awesome app! Would be helpful if custom autofill rules per REGEX URL were able to be added (similar to the `Autofill` extension here). For example if applying to many jobs on the same site, the user could add autofill rules for the idiosyncratic data not covered by the Simplify common app. If I wanted to make some software contributions to the source code, would that be possible? I find the app supremely helpful and would be happy to contribute the above feature to the code base. Thank you!

Everything else is great, but the location options are limited. Applications are easy to autofill, no doubt, but I am forced to manually correct my current address because this tool does not recognize the city in which I am located.

He personally added my school to the list of colleges, which will help speed up my application processing time. Michael, I sincerely appreciate your help & admire the devotion you have for your product. He mentions that they have thousands of school submissions that they are working through to add. I shared additional feedback, that he is bringing to his team to address. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1 star because they refuse to add my community college to the list of colleges. If it is not an expensive, prestigious, 4 year university, they do not support it.

This only appears to work for jobs searchable through the website's database. I work in the medical industry and no jobs are listed inside this company's database for the medical industry. There is no "help" option or contact to reach out to for assistance.

This product is good because it takes out a lot of emotional labor in jobs with some of the repetitive questions like what is your phone number and helps you focus energy on the important job questions that are more unique. Anyone applying for jobs should download this.

Great product !! Kudos to the entire team. I have a few suggestions while I was using it 1. If I save a job and then apply also, it should automatically be removed from my saved list because right now I have to manually unsave the job after applying. 2. After unsaving, I have to refresh the entire page to remove that unsaved job from the saved jobs list. 3. In the Saved job list, on the preview card apart from the Saved, Detail option can we add another option "Apply" this would save an additional click. I hope you find these suggestions helpful.

Forces almost all fields to be required fields, rather than accepting partial information. Don't want to enter the date that you started at a specific company? Too bad. Fields such as College Major are forced to be one of the pre-selected choices or just "Other", no option to write in my own answer. Overall plugin is highly inflexible. Do not recommend.

Waste of time, buggy, isn't working. After I took almost a hour to fill all the data because the "fill with linkedin" isn't working, the extension didn't worked on any of the positions I applied to.

It does a great job. Candidates apply to 15+ jobs a day and this tool shaves off 5 min from each application leaving you to do more productive work. Just make sure to go through the auto-filled responses before submitting, it can occasionally get things wrong

The Simplify app is a GAME CHANGER. It allows me to bring efficiency back into my life. I have discovered employers use the same handful of software solutions for application intake. Questions asked of me to fill out the application are already on my resume. I understand the need for an application separate from a resume, but the time spent can be monotonous and draining. I've used the Simplify app for a short period, and it makes me feel so accomplished. It has helped me balance my work (job hunting)/life. The creators of Simplify saw a problem and developed a fantastic solution. I highly recommend the Simplify app. Download and use it ASAP. Super easy to understand and use.

Although not all details are filled up, almost 85% of the data which is repeated in every application is autofilled. Gives a huge advantage! I would definitely recommend it

Bad. Out of all of the autofill software I have tried this is one of the worst. I much prefer paid solutions like "lazyapply." This software rarely catches all required fields, even on workaday which they explicitly advertise, it's never a "one-click" apply. For smaller companies it struggles sometime even autofilling a small portion of text. I am giving it 2 stars because it is slightly better than filling it out by hand, where google already has autofill by default on most applications.

This is a great tool for job seekers, it helped me a lot! But I think there are two improvements we should make: 1. Allow more characters in the work experience despcrition. I know it's better to keep the description simple and accurate, but the hard limitation is not a good choice. Maybe a simple tip is a better solution, like giving a tip "Better at most 750 characters.", but still allow more characters. Of course, We can still add a hard limitation of 15k characters, and a soft tip of "Better at most 750 characters." 2. Allow customizing the file name of my resume

Great idea but many changes need to be made. I am not sure if it is a problem that is happening to me only, but it couldn't event auto fill the most popular job application site, workday, properly. When I go to the next page, it starts to auto fill again and something happens and then I am at the first page, I think it might be the problem with how workday has different sections. And the website links, such as LinkedIn and Github, the extension is not really recognizing them when they are literally just LinkedIn, blank, github, blank.

Missing a couple of questions (I think) like pronouns, age group, etc. But overall this is amazing. Can't tell you how annoying it is to click over and over again when applying.

This extension is incredible. It not only found me jobs that were exactly what I was looking for, it also filled out their applications! Then it automatically added the position to a list of positions I had applied to so I could easily keep track of my applications.

Incredibly helpful! Fills the job requirements accurately maybe 95% of the time, very rarely misses a couple checkmarks.

Actually so helpful. It may not work with every job or every job ad field, but for the many jobs and fields covered, Simplify fills things in so quick and painless that you'd be missing out BIG not to have it. Thanks to this tool I spend a lot less time doing tedious clicking during the work of job hunting.

This extension is great along with Simplify itself. It makes job postings easier to read which in turn makes everything more fun to do. The extension also allows me to fill things out quickly which means I can apply to more jobs compared to filling things out manually!
