Had some issues when I first downloaded the extension but contacted support and they resolved the issues completely within 24 hours, even jumping on a zoom call with me to troubleshoot. a great product is what earns customers, great customer service is what keeps them! highly recommend for anyone who wants to ensure they can access their audience is facebook shuts you out.
