Just what i needed and it works just like the pinch to zoom on the trackpad. Now i can be far from my laptop and use it with external mouse and keyboards the same way

It works exactly how pinch-and-zoom works on a laptop's trackpad. Perfect, should be a native chrome feature.

It's such a good idea. I don't know why Google et al. haven't stolen it yet. This is precisely how I imagined Ctrl + Scroll Wheel should work.

One thing I missed the most from switching from Mac to Win is the zoom in of Safari, it allows you to zoom in without changing all the layout of the site. This extension solves the problem.

Love it. Works great when it works. My only issue is that it does not work on some sites. Love the ability to zoom anywhere without affecting the page layout. I have been looking for this for years.

doesn't work i wanted to zoom on images but dosen't seem to be working

Unfortunately couldn't get this to work on Vivaldi, but that's probably to do with Vivaldi and not the extension.

Have been using my laptop for work for the last 2 years, and frequently have to zoom uploaded photos. Loved that the track pad would let me zoom the single pane instead of all open Chrome windows. Moving to my desktop, I could not figure out how to emulate this feature. Thank you for making this plugin! This will save me much swearing!

I love it but is there a way to reverse the scroll? I got used to scrolling up to zoom but the default settings of this extension is scrolling up for zoom out and down for in. It'd be neat to have the option to change it

Dear Developer, This is what I was looking for and wondering Why this is not built-in in chrome! One request to you, I use an extension called "Just Read" it is a very popular extension, basically it clear the clutter of the page and give us a pretty looking article on any webpage, the issue is, this extension is not compatible with "Just Read". Hope it can be fixed without the support of Just Read folks.

This is what I was in need for a while. Especially helpful on google meet windows where other user's desktop does not fully occupy the screen as it does on Zoom (during screen share). I use this extension on Opera. To make it work, I needed to disable "fix for touchpad scroll". Also note that in Opera, this extension is disabled for search pages. Unluckily, in its tutorial, a search page was referenced where it can't work =) (with opera's default settings). Anyway, I'm glad I can use it on the rest of the pages. Thanks for your helpful tool!

Hi It seems there is an issue with RTL-direction websites, It doesn't follow the curser when zooming. I sent you an Email about this with a few examples.

Perfect! Wish i knew about this plugin earlier. Works great with the Logitech mx master 3 mouse, as the zoom that comes available on the mouse is not a pinch zoom. This addon fixes that!!! love it.

hi I've problem I hope you improve your extension progressively however I use ejoy (learnign english) extension when i pinched due to the touch pad and zoom in then selected a random word (like google search) I've no problem for seen the little window ( i mean the window opend right in front of me) but as soon as I use your ex and zoom in then selected a word , sentence or.. the window showed in elsewhere on the page. can you fix thid BUG PLEASSSSS THANK'S

You don't even know how long I've been looking for this... For some reason, when you have precision drivers on touchpad, all chromium browsers support this feature with pinch to zoom. No idea why they don't just replace the usual ctrl + mouse wheel zoom with this one. BTW the pinch to zoom with touchpad stacks with this mousewheel one, they aren't one same function, I guess it cannot be helped, but so just you know.

amazing brother, i was looking for this type of extension form past 1 week finely found one that is actully usefull, iff possible add mouse pointer location tracking i mean zoom in where mouse pointer is present.

Incredible! Simulates pinch to zoom just like on a touchpad/touchscreen but for desktop! I've been looking for ways to simulate pinch to zoom a while ago but never found a solution till now. Thankyou! However if you are on a a subreddit page like r/chrome and you click on a reddit thread the words are blurry and you sometimes get black bars. If you click on a direct link to the reddit thread or refresh though, it doesn't have this problem.
