This has been Google Contacts opener for as long as I can remember. Now all of a sudden it says it is an audio recorder for gmail? I deleted it because it asked for new permissions and I didn't ever remember adding an audio recorder extension, then could not figure out why my contacts opener was missing. The developer has definitely messed up here somehow.
This app used to be a chrome extension that opened a seperate window just for google contacts. Now the name has changed to an audio recording service (with no notification) and it just opens a new tab in the browser which I could do with a bookmark.
Looks and works fine, also pretty easy to use. ??
You are denying yourself a luxury if you use Google Contacts along with the Gmail in Google Chrome and still not using this extension. Works flawlessly and greatly improves productivity. Thanks, Roger.
very useful, simple and fast extension
Since the latest gmail upgrade both gmail and contact have been very slooow, and contacts has been even harder to find. For gmail I had to switch to the slow internet gmail settings even with my 30mb internet speed.
Works quite well so far. Not sure why Google has made it so hard to get to google contacts, even with their gmail update.

Roger, thanks for a GREAT extension. This is what Google/Alphabet should provide!! This is easy to use and is slick: Stable; Nice UI; Easy to add Contacts or get more details on Contacts (last communications, etc.) This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and I wanted to send kudos, for a job well done!
Smooth, stays open in the background... Great idea. Good app for anyone who uses or depends on their Contacts list. Super job on programing.
used to work great! now for some reason it doesnt syncronise my google contacts from my phone to my browser extension - WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS EXTENSION!!!
Would be GREAT if a shortcut could be added to desktop/pinned to taskbar (another extension is use called Vysor allows this which makes me think it's possible. Cheers!

Works great! My wish list . . . remove job title from Title/Company column (or separate into two columns), and allow for sorting in each column. It would be heavenly if you would add a user-picked field column. But thx for this as it is!
This makes it easier to manage my Google Contacts without opening another tab and going back and forth.

VERY VERY SUPER Extension ! You can Edit your own contacts in google account, and android. You can easely add a new contacts and much more!
You can do this yourself by dragging any web page or contacts page to Chrome://apps window, then right click on the shortcut and select "Open as Window".
I am not a savy PC user, just tried to add this to manage my contacts says it is added but have no idea inthe world how to access and begin using it. very frustrating.

Search should just be restricted to my contacts. Too many others show up.
it show more than my contacts (maybe white pages ??) anyway very hard to find my contacts within everything else, also the search does not work so well, it prefer names that does not appear in my contacts

I just loaded this...I love the way it is available and smoothly opens. I did not like the way I used to be forced to open GMail and then find my contacts. This extension keeps my contacts available whenever I have my Chromebook open. This is a great tool!

Quick access for Gmail contacts. It does what it says.
It does what it says, strangely useful if you are updating contact info from an email. Try adjusting the popup dimensions and save if you have trouble getting started
