fantastic tool!

I have an E-commerce project going on and need to share company profile with my CX database. So previously I was not able to send large number to emails but after installing Mail Merge I am loving it. As now I can sent upto 50 emails but need that to be increased a little bit.

I'm finding it works very well. The interface could be prettier but it is functional and easy to understand. I hope that you will be able to add the feature that the "Aliases" (the recipients' first and last names) can appear in the "To" line. Just the bare email address is rather impersonal. We would like to move up from the free version because 50 emails per day is too few for us. We do a mailing 4x a month but when we do it it really needs to go out all at once. However, $12 per month is too steep for us. $3 per month would be more do-able. $12 per month may seem like nothing there in Silicon Valley or wherever you are, but out here across the oceans in far-flung lands, $12 is too big a hurdle. Very helpful extension! It's easy-to-use and allows me to easily communicate different KPIs to all of my accounts through very few clicks. I definitely recommend.

Great extension for send mass emails!

A very useful extension and easy to use too!

I have a small farm and a gardening business, and I've found it helpful for sending newsletters and announcements to my client list. I'm not sure why, but sometimes permissions get removed, and I have to reauthorize Mergemail to access my email lists. Other than that small hiccup, it's a great tool.

I love simplicity and tech people don't. But this is beautifully simple. Please keep it that way. Easy to install, send, track and more. LOVE it.

It's early days, but putting the email together was a breeze compared to most mailmerge programs. I'm doing some laser focused mailings and this really made it easy. I'll be using it every day this week for sure.

Good and Helpful

So I've been waiting for 20 minutes for mergemail to send a bulk email that has roughly 90 emails. Why is it taking so long? Is this common? Giving it 3 stars for now.

The best email tool I've used

Mergemail has helped me with business as it saves so much time and is so effective! After wasting countless hours individually sending emails, mergemail has solved so many of my problems.

Compared to Gmail mail merge, I found MergeMail easier to learn. The MergeMail user interface is good and it all works. It's convenient to have the extension icon in gmail. It links well with gmail templates to be more powerful.

Mail Merge is easy to use, straightforward and offers quite a good package for its free service. I like that it can automatically access and utilize excel sheets and allows you to personalize mails easily. Haven't encountered any other service as easy and free. I only wish it didn't count bounced/failed emails as part of its free 50-emails-per-day service. That would be a major plus.

This is the first time I am using Mail Merge for Gmail. After watching a video tutorial I was able to use it without a problem. I am sure there is a lot more I need to learn but I was able to get my first set of mail merged emails sent pretty quickly. In the past, I had to use a much more expensive program to do what I can do more easily right from my own gmail account. I'm pretty happy with this new expansion of my capabilities on gmail.

Merge Mail solved all my mail merge woes after becoming frustrated with the complexity of other apps. It is quick, not complicated and so easy to use. I recommend this Google app over YAMM anytime.

I've found MailMerge to be the perfect, lightweight and yet powerful solution to our current business venture. Even with the free subscription plan, there are enough easy-to-use features to accurately send to everyone on our list within a week. Also, the open & download tracking feature is excellent!

This is one of the best implementation of mail merge for gmail. I have been using mail merge from Ms Word and also have written my own mail merge scripts for email clients. This have replaced all my other mail merge solutions because it is so good. Get it, you will have no regrets.

This extension makes easy work of sending customized/personalized messages straight from Gmail (Google Workspace). The ability to link the custom fields in a Spreadsheet found on Google Drive is super simple. The ability to preview the emails before sending helps to ensure that the data merges as expected.
