I like this more than other to-do extensions, however there's a bug. If I create an item with the "Reminder" option on and then go back and edit the item to remove the reminder, I still get the reminder notification. Also, I see no way of turning off the sound when the reminder goes off which is, sadly, a deal-breaker.
