Create Google Calendar event from the selected text (based on Smart Calendar Event Maker). This extension will intelligently extract the date, time and location information from the selected text and create a Google Calendar event for you. Brilliant! Thank you so much for making this! My one suggestion would be to add an option for a default start of day. For instance if a time is ambiguous (4:30-6), if the default start of day is set to 7, the plugin will read that as pm not am.
Doesn't quite work, which is unfortunate because the features and UI appear to be exactly what I was looking for. The problem seems to be that the options popup is cut off, making it impossible to access the button(s) that allow you to give the extension the necessary permissions (can send screenshot to developer if requested). As a result, I can get as far as screen for creating a new event in Google Calendar - everything is filled in, but the Save button is disabled :(
Tried half a dozen of these. and this was the only one that actually puts the full highlighted text in the event description, which is a big deal.
