That's simply what I wanted: otherwise I would have needed to develop an own plugin, but despite of other implementations in the store the only functionality you need is to create a protocol link call on the selected text and the rest is done by Chrome. Nice-to-have: default value should be "tel:" or "tel://" instead of "phone://" (non-standard)
