Reviews of kixie powercall:
Has some good functionality for a team, my issue with it is that the app is not reliable. Constant audio issues including the call audio not coming through at least once a day. Hard to have a conversation with someone you can't hear. Also, support agents are very slow, you can tell they are chatting with about 10 people at once. Also they aren't helpful. I won't be renewing my contract.
Kixie app has been amazing for the team. We have used it for over 2 years and it's one of the cheapest and most versatile apps.
This technology is trash. Constantly freezes and crashes. The call recording quality is terrible. We've had it now for several months and I can't wait to replace it. There HAS to be a better performing software in this space.
