使用要求
1. 您的微信账户能够访问微信网页版（目前已解决）
2. 登录微信网页版：https://wx.qq.com/?target=t（务必加上后面的参数）
3. 登录ChatGPT页面或者提供OpenAI的apikey：https://chat.openai.com/chat
4. 如何获取OpenAI的apikey，请参见：https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys

使用说明
1. 完成上面的步骤后，在群组或私信中@<你的微信昵称> 验证是否能收到ChatGPT的回复。
2. 注意：因为ChatGPT的响应是异步数据流，在网页上可以实时刷新数据流响应，但在微信消息中只能等收到完整结果后一次发送，所以体验上感觉会有30秒左右的延迟，具体视chatgpt响应内容多少而定，这是正常现象。
3. 如果AI源使用的是ChatGPT，因为ChatGPT加了Cloudflare保护，每隔2小时需要刷新一下chatgpt页面，如果用户提问后收到“抱歉，ChatGPT服务异常”的消息，说明ChatGPT页面需要刷新或重新登录。

Im logged into Openai. I have put in my API key in. 3- I search for myself in Wechat and send my self a message, both with and without @ and I can't get GPT to respond. Any way to troubleshot this?
