chrome的通知，好像只能显示最近的一条，而且也不能显示具体更新内容，如果wb马上被删了或者连续发了很多条，前面的就看不到了
不过滤置顶微博的话没有用，可以根据获取到的微博的发布时间和当前时间判断，排除掉发布时间超过1分钟的微博。
我目前遇到的問題： 1.通知並不會及時跳出，要過很久才會出現，或者說絕大多時候根本不會有通知。 2.跳出的通知有時不會是最新發文，而是該博主的置頂文。
