I don't see this in response header in dev tools, I did open advanced part & registered mail & saved it
Does not work without email. Does not accept gmail as email to unlock features. Uninstalled.
Just not working out of box after switching it On
works for me
great fix my problem on chrome site
Doesn't work, and demands an email address to access advanced options.
works like a charm for me!
Does not work with fetch
I can't get this to work in Chrome, only Edge. I downloaded it in Chrome and it showed very briefly in my toolbar and then disappeared. I can see it in my list of Extensions and it's active, but I can't get to the actual app icon in the toolbar to turn it on or off. The icon showed up with a grey "off" on it, and then disappeared.
It doesn't work on latest macOS + Microsoft Edge
Works as intended, a great help for me when developing locally on my game SuperTrucks Offroad 2!
It works I LOVE YOU <3
this changed my life for good. the creator has big pp energy kudos to him. i wish 72 virgins upon the creator.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I used chrome v89 and relaunch, clear cache. I think in new version of Chrome this plugin doesn't work. When I run chrome with --disable-web-security argument, CORS disabled actually but with this plugin I can't. Do you have any solution to solve problem?
Doesn't seem to work at all.
Refuses to accept my work email.. for some reason Gmail is not to their liking. Uninstalled
once installed most of google products started mis-behaving maps.google.com would load the html and not the site youtube would not play the video
nice i dont need setting cors permission again ahahha
It Doesnt work for me, still the same error: "Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'localhost:8080/api/users/login' from origin 'http://localhost:4200' has been blocked by CORS policy: Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https."
Doesn't work at all...
works, but I want to control which domains it will run on.
It adds headers as advertised but it has no UX to control them unless you provide an email of yours. It also does not accept gmail emails (Not only that this is intrusive but some of us do not have any other email than the Gmail one). My opinion on this extension is that it is not made to help you but rather to gather some of your personal data.
life saver !! thanks !!
This failed to work as expected with fonts.
this extension is the only one helping with CORS i found on store, thank you. love it
One of the best extension, works flawlessly.
Really helps to send ajax, if on the other side on server you do not have any firewall
The extension was very useful, but after the latest update of Chrome, when the extension is active youtube videos don't play anymore (eternal loading) and when loading some websites the HTML/JS code is displayed instead of the website being shown. Chrome: Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G103)
Please give me a legitimate reason why a Chrome extension would like to get my work email address to "unlock" its features?
It's a scam. Collects your email address when it shouldn't, to provide the core functionality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Только это расширение сработало из всех, что пробовал.
Didn't work when l trying to load a local development page which requested a script from another domain which fails with ...has been blocked by CORS policy... when switch on, reloaded and cache cleared.
Worked like a charm. Allowed me to fetch the S3 data from my Angular App, which was getting blocked.
Only CORS changer that actually worked. Thank you.
This extension has been awesome. It's the only one that I could find that worked after the CORB changes came in with Chrome 72. However, it looks like it has stopped working completely as of Chrome 76 unfortunately!! You can temporarily get it working again by disabling the new handling as described in this link: https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/11089651?hl=en. From that link it looks like extension developers need to make changes to get their extensions to work in chrome 76 and beyond. Any chance of getting this fixed for this extension?
not working anymore (osx)
Of all the CORS extensions I tried (and I tried a couple over the years), moseif just works flawlessly! Just don't forget to disable it when you're done using the CORS features OR just use the whitelisting option in advanced options!
This helped with CORB issue
Ive been having trouble with cors last month and solved it by using an extension of cors. after updating yesterday ive been having trouble with corbs and spent couple of hours trying to figure out whats wrong in my mobile development till I tried this extension. works like a charm. thank you so much
Works for GET and POST using default settings. Doesn't work for PUT and DELETE. Chrome 74.0.3729.169 on a MAC.
nice extension. but could you support CORS image? It would be helpful when fetch CORS image for drawing canvas.
Awseome extension. It worked for ionic cors issue. I like it.
New version is terrible, can't do anything without "advanced mode". There are literally NO options, NOTHING is configurable unless I hand over my email for 'advanced mode', which I can't even do because the form absolutely refuses to work with a "personal email like gmail.com", and it requires my "work email". What?? INCREDIBLY invasive. Uninstalled.
It doesn't seem to work for me when running a local host.
AWESOME! I spent a good 3 hours trying to append or change my request headers on my NodeJS React App to allow CORS for dev testing when I finally found this extension. It worked on the first go, without any advanced setup required.
works like i expected it. only negative so far is that we can't add localhost to site access
UPDATE: Loving the plugin now. Sleek UI, ability to keep it on all the time after whitelisting the domains that I use for testing. Helped a lot with development when I am listening to pandora, or watching youtube. Loving the turnaround time :) Fantastic plugin. Only wish there was a way to only enable this for certain domain. By enabling this, all of my tabs (other websites) breaks.
When accessing the following I get the following error. All this after having to dish out my email address without testing the product first. I am using the http://192.168.0.10/wordpress/appointments/user/2/?navigation=false Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://localhost/wordpress/en/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments' (redirected from 'http://192.168.0.10/wordpress/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments') from origin 'http://192.168.0.10' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: It does not have HTTP ok status.
good and stable extension
Great plugin, but I would love if there was a way to only enable CORS on a per-tab basis. I don't like how when it's on, CORS applies to all open tabs, and as a developer, I usually have several open.
Works great as advertised, but for me, it broke several Google services, including Google Drive, Meet, and Hangouts. As soon as I turned off the extension (through the GUI, no need to uninstall or disable it), they began working again. Here is a screen cap demonstrating the breakage: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ar-6Uspczn-fiu5c8gbng-C2PY8RAQ
Fantastic, I've been going mad trying the other with no luck. Added this and my blank space where my graph should have been appeared. Job done.
Can you please add one more field to enable this plugin to work only on certain domains?
Works perfectly for me!
It is good but It needs some improvements. Please add Access-Control-Expose-Headers to the options of this extension.
This Mosif CORS Chrome Extension is really great. Use it often & works. Easy to use just click the extension icon & there is an off-on toggle button. Thanks for creating this extension.
Hi Derric, It seems that the plugin (and many other similar CORS pluggin) does not work with Chrome version 65 anymore. Kindly check if you can fix it. Thanks!
works perfect. thanks.
I found this extension while trying to do a PATCH method request. There was another extension that I was using but it wouldn't work with the PATCH requests. This one takes care of all request methods I've thrown at it. Don't just turn it on and expect it to work. Fill out the options page and monitor your console to check and see if you put in the right settings.
Nonfunctional
Pressing Save just resets everything to default settings.
wasted my time.. didn't work
Works 100 times better then `Allow-Control-Allow-Origin`.
Great works really well. Would be nice to enable/disable auto on a site by site basis
owesome
Works like a charm! More reliable than the other one.
Bring it to Opera too, please.
This is a CORS enabler extension which simply WORKS! Thanks.
Didn't work
excellent
Works for API request for JSON object, when "Allow-Control-Allow-Origin: " did not work...
Works for all the http requests, I had trouble with PATCH/PUT with other CORS plugins - this one is just great
The only one that seems to work flawless! Great work!
worked like a charm. love it.
fist test worked out. let see in the future
how does it work? I am trying to request from my localhost to a REST at 127.0.0.1:9015, which is enabled by port forwarding with kubernete, because the API team doesn't want to add CORS support in code. I want to do some internal testing without additional trouble. But this plugin still gives me 400 bad request due to the allow origin issue
I'm trying to access a page that gives an invalid access-control-allow-origin header (*.domain.com). Using this extension it actually only appends the new allow-origin to the response, making it now respond "*.domain.com, *", which is also invalid. Please add an option to overwrite the header instead of appending to it. If that is fixed, this is a five-star extension. Like the simplicity of the button and the UI
Works as expected, simple and elegant.
Fixed my CORS issues instantly for me to debug on localhost. Thanks!
Does what it says. Easy to change Origin or other CORS headers.
Keep It Simple Stupid. This app does just that.
