having issue with the payment. can you help me how you guys able to subscribe. already tried using diff cards with enough balance. it always shows "error adding new payment".
there's an error now, It runs very slow like 15-30 mins per page scan. and then says "request is taking to long" hope they fix it. Now my internet working fine. but the apps doesn't.
Worked good for about a month. Now it will scan the product page up to 70% and then says "request is taking to long". Yes, my subscription is up to date. Still get an error every time. Wish I could get my money back.
