My Google search was hijacked by Video Found Saver!!! When in Google Chrome Version 105.0.5195.102 (Official Build) (64-bit), with Google as my default search engine, the request is being hijacked by validate.lockbox.net. A search for "fate synonym" returns search results from ca.search.yahoo.com. A search for "norton camera protection" returns shopping suggestions on www.finderesults.com. Amal Sk Platinum Product Expert Uber Chromie and Platinum PE - Chrome replied with the suggestion that I turn off all my extensions to see if one, or more, might be the problem. Of 8 guess which one was the culprit. As it happens I have 2 different email addresses and the redirect was different with one going to Yahoo Search and the other going to www.finderesults.com. Why I have no idea. You can read my original post with screenshots and Amal's reply at https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/178439351?authuser=1&hl=en.
