Great stuff, and works just as well in Opera now that it's a Chromium fork. Favorite pair so far is probably "GrossGrudge". EDIT: Incidentally, "gook" is a racial slur in its most common usage, does that need to be an option? Are "Gilbert" and "Grape" already included? "Grating"?
