Sticky Window is a simple little extension that allows you to specify a window in which all new tabs should open. Command+Shift+K designates the current window as "Sticky" and Command+Shift+U unsticks the currently stuck window (Ctrl+Shift+K and Ctrl+Shift+U on Windows PC). This tool is most useful if browsing the internet using two monitors. Enjoy!

didnt even work
i've been pulling my hair out trying to get new links to goto a default window, so that my dashboard windows don't get interrupted. this extension achieves the task. No gui magic, keystroke only. It's not polished, but it does the trick.
