This is a pretty good extension to use. For a update suggestion, you should add different types of keyboard layouts & customizable backgrounds and images!

Very helpful for me to get better at typing faster, though I wish there were an option in the settings that allowed for the words on the screen to be read aloud by a computer voice or something. Most of my typing is done to transcribe human speech (which I believe is pretty much the same for most typists), so reading words on a screen and typing them out isn't as helpful or applicable to what I'll be using this skill for in life.

It really helps, it tells me what fingers i should improve upon and you can take a typing test to easily and quickly. Deserves the 5 stars!!!

I love it because this helps me type better and i love how it is offline great app you should get this. But one thing, this app doesn't have you type sentences which kinda bugs me because i want to practice typing sentences not just words, but overall great app

Incredible. Taught me how to type, write, read, and even think.

Actually pretty great plugin better than anything, also it does not redirect you to any site pretty self contained. And it actually helped me improve my speed, so whenever i am bored of working will pop upspeed typing 2-3 times a day and it improved my speed. All it takes is 2 minutes per session.

Super easy to use. No hassle at all whatsoever.

Wow, great extension. There are few really cool unique components that separate it from other typing applications. The progress bar above the area where you type is a great idea. It is visible while I am typing yet not distracting to the point where I would miss any key strokes. I also like the heat map that indicates the areas in which I need improvement. 10/10 would recommend

I love this app! It forces you to correct the spelling instead of bypassing it. I personally love this feature instead of it just continuing. I use a lot of typing websites but always go back to this extension. I would love punctuation and capitals letters but seperate the original test! Thank you for making a wonderful typing extension !

This is a good time pass with a good habit of typing

I want to give this 5 stars because it has made my typing speed better. The only thing that I don't like is that the averaging does not "slide" meaning that if you start getting better your average speed won't easily reflect it. I think it's the total average instead of the average speed of, lets say, the last 50 tries. But don't let that stop you from using the extension! Edit: I gave it 5 stars anyway.

Works very well

One you have the keys down then this is a great app to help you practice. If you hit a wrong key while typing the entry pauses until you hit the right key - most trainers would mark this incorrect keystroke as an error but then allow you to carry on. I prefer the interuption and being forced to get the keystroke right. You also get to see a heatmap of your worst keystroke errors. I cannot see that any future text to type then forces you to concentrate more on these keys, it would be a neat idea if it could. In my 15 mins of use I have not seen any Caps, puntuation, or numbers, so these may not even feature.

great new add on i found on chrome. if you are looking to increase typing speed, this is the obvious way to go. simple brilliance. i have already increased my ability from just 30 word to a incredible 80 in a matter of a couple days. WHOEVER CREATED THIS IS A GENIUS.
