Burn Extension is a browser extension that is meant to aid your day-to-day life in terms of cutting down on tabs you need to open to check $ASH prices, burn ratios, or even $ETH or gas prices. Data Source: API calls for Burn and gas metrics route to my other project WatchCubesBurn.art which is directly pulling from EthPlorer's API to get the liquidity stats required for Burn metrics, and taps into the gasprices.io API for gas prices. $ASH and $ETH Prices are pulled from Uniswap v3 and Gemini directly. Features: - $ASH Price in Uniswap v3 pool - ASH-to-ETH - Price of 1 ETH - $ASH Price on Gemini's site - ASH-to-ETH - Price of 1 ETH - Burn.art High Tier burn rate and direct value, FYI, this does not take gas prices, slippage or other fees into consideration(as of yet). - Gas prices via gasprices.io - The badge is displaying the currently selected metrics, but defaults to Uniswap v3's ASH price - you can change it by clicking on a different metrics. - ASH prices and Gas prices, are refreshing every 30 seconds (if When/Chrome allows) - Burn rates & other stats are on a 2 minute refresh loop - can't be force updated to avoid rate limit. - Click the Ash Symbol (X) to refresh everything. This extension is meant to somewhat extend https://watchcubesburn.art , without you needing to constantly keep the page open. It is not meant to be a replacement, since I enjoy building that site (and the extension is also using the same APIs) Disclaimer about privacy: The code contains no tracker whatsoever. The full source code can be found here: https://gitlab.com/secondstatebuilds/burnextension Massive thanks to the Pak community for the motivation, and love, and thanks to Dude23 on Discord for the idea! Also huge thanks goes out to Philippe, the creator of: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/addon/ethereum-gas-prices as I've used a fair chunk of his code to make this happen in day or so.
