It is badly broken and has been for a few years now. Not only is in broken, but it will break your website too.
If you were actually capable of utilizing it, then it is useful. However, I was never successfully able to so now my web journey's take way too long to setup.

It's not perfect because of how dynamic CSS Selectors are, but it can help you build 90% of your web journey very quickly and reduce a lot of headache. After you record it, you may have to tweak some selectors, but you will have saved a lot of time.
