Reviews of ticket templates for jira:
Love it but it doesnt work with current version of Jira Cloud. You can only get it to work via old jira view and only if you use right click menu. The auto populate doesn't work and Jira seems to add a \ which breaks the template. You can only see the back slash in the old jira view though.
