Great tool when it works. 1. extension keeps crashing 2. Even when not crashed, sometimes it just doesn't load from Salesforce and I'd have to go to the website and then it loads. 3. Lots of phone numbers are wrong 4. above three = highly frustrating Please fix.

Great tool to use when you are looking at a company's website!

The only problem I run into is having to close the extension every time before I search another company or it glitches and overlaps the last searched company, making me have to hit exit twice and search again. Quite tedious when I'm trying to do quick searches via a list of companies.

Very useful, not having to flip between tabs saves a bunch of time and train of thought.

DiscoverOrg is Amazing! I use it for lead generation and the Google Extension is a life saver and a very useful tool. I love how much information there is to access ant the click of a button. I can't wait for whats next!!

Absolutely love this extension as it helps me to get information I want right from the website, rather searching where its hiding on website. If DiscoverOrg have that business in their reach and human verified data, you just need to click on that extension and that it. This kind of functionality is very time saving for me. I wish DiscoverOrg also add feature or kind of shortout to send website directly to their research team if information is missing. This will enable research team can do their part and let user know about contact information update. This feature should be very easy or just a click away to submit request. This is a must tool for all DiscoverOrg users. Keep up the good research.

This tool has made my job a breeze. I have to call "head offices" all the time and having the number show immediately as I enter the site domain is incredible. The additional links and information make every call that much better as well.

This extension is a bit of a time save in comparison to just using the Discoverorg website. It is nice having information right in front of you rather than logging into the website. it is not a complete replacement for some of the more in depth search functions, but it does work well over all.

I absolutely love using DiscoverOrg. I've used a few contact databases and DiscoverOrg has been the most accurate with contacts and contact information. If I happen to need someone's contact info that not listed in their database, their research team is great too. They're quick and get back to me fast. I definitely recommend their product. I do want to point out that my experience with DiscoverOrg is only as a end user on an inside sales team.

For me, the extension saves a ton of time. It really helps to navigate and research deeper.

I use this extension multiple times a day, everyday, to look up Company profiles and contacts. It's literally a life saver. If you work in Sales in any type of capacity get this.

Excellent tool to use to find the account details that you need without having to leave Gmail. If you use DiscoverOrg it's definitely worth trying out.

Besides random notifications that there are crashes with the plug-in and automatically restarting it, it's not a huge disruption to my work in using the DiscoverOrg Google Chrome Extension. You know how it can be a hassle to switch between tabs. This add-on enabled me to quickly have a view of the relevant information to the database DiscoverOrg has. It made a seamless experience! Glad my organisation has decided to purchase this license and how contact information is constantly updated by the team in D.O.

The extension is so useful for me. I use it daily. When I want info on a company, I go to their website, and the extension is right there letting me know the details. When I want to prepare for a call with a prospect, I go to their LinkedIn, and the extension is there giving me more details. It's awesome!

Really helpful for locating contact information quickly!

The chrome extension is so helpful, easy to use, and non-invasive. Sometimes I run into issues with getting logged out frequently, but that's not the end of the world.

I recently starting using the DiscoverOrg Chrome App. The data available at your fingertips when prospecting is invaluable, especially when I'm using LinkedIn. This makes DiscoverOrg an even better tool for our sales team.

The discoverorg extension is awesome because you can go to company websites and pull data on their company, employees, and other areas of the business. It is a quicker way than jumping into the discoverorg platform every time.

This tool is absolutely top notch when it comes to integrating my research efforts with DiscoverOrg information. In just a single browser tab, I can research the company I'm prospecting, look up DiscoverOrg intelligence and make an educated decision as to whether or not I pursue this company and quickly add their information into Dynamics, which is also integrated into our use of the tool.

Having the DiscoverOrg extension equipped when visiting company websites is incredible. It provides a brief overview of the company and maps out contacts instantly for me to call/email on. This trickles down to me having all the company alerts in the palm of my hand... even have the ability to see what other companies are similar to the site I am visiting. Highly recommend this extension to all sales reps!

This is an excellent plugin. Sometimes, tools will have an option like this but doesn't play well with other tools. I use disc.org pluggin with other pluggins, and I am always able to get the info I need without the frustration of overlapping tools and not being able to use the one you need access to. Plus being able t upload directly to my CRM is a huge boon. My other main prospecting pluggin only provides contact info, and you have to upload it yourself manually. All in all a great addition to disc.org's value!

The tool as a whole is amazing! The extension I have not had as much luck with, many of the sites that I try and use the extension for are not in Discover's database. With time I am sure more will come!

Next Level data provider. One of the most well put together extensions I've used. It's not obtrusive and still shows you what you need to see. And taking actions that you would take on their site is just as easy in the extension. Well done! 10 out of 10 would use again. OH and submitting fixit requests couldn't be easier for when that extension or cell phone changes. I get reports right into my inbox when they've found me the new phone number.

The DiscoverOrg Chrome Extension is easy to use. I've experienced no issues with it so far. Doesn't get in my way, and I like that it's there on every page in case I need to use it.

DiscoverOrg is the gold standard for prospecting data, especially with their latest acquisition, and with this extension I've been able to streamline my workflows much more easily so I don't have to wait to upload and clutter our CRM/MAT

Great extension... when it worked. Something changed a while back and now when I try to use it I get a list of possible names and companies based off the name. It doesn't seem to be able to tell exactly who it is, but just takes an educated guess. If it does have the person though, I'm not able to see any of their contact info making the extension essentially useless. If I click on their name, nothing happens. Luckily, I also have ZoomInfo and their extension works flawlessly.

Great tool/plug-in for google chrome, I had a little bit of trouble figuring it out after I installed it but after that all in all it was smooth sailing! If I had to have a complaint it would be that I wish it was on more websites, which should be improving after the finish moving everything over from the ZoomInfo purchase.

The Google Chrome extension has been very helpful with accessing company and contact information without having to open a new window or navigate away from the company website. I have found every aspect of DiscoverORG to be extremely helpful with all of my prospecting efforts.

Very useful tool. I use it religiously for my job. The only thing that's a little different is it doesn't work on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, but it does on normal Linked. So it's not a huge deal, but still a tiny annoying.

What an awesome prospecting tool. Contacts are very accurate and the customer success team is always checking in to see how things are going. Only downside is that some companies are in the DiscoverOrg database but they will work to make sure it gets added.

Very helpful when browsing prospect's websites- quickly available information right on the page as opposed to needing to open another tab or window and manually search through Discover for the info.

I love everything about DiscoverOrg, and the extension is no exception. Giving me all the info I want without having to go to a different spot helps me work more efficiently.

Great app! Does everything I need to help get ahold of contacts easier. Support is very quick in replying when there's an occasional mistake.

I use this for prospecting and it is VERY beneficial for getting direct lines for hard to reach contacts. The only thing I'd say that can be improved is making sure it is consistently updated. Companies have frequent changes with employees.

Love the DiscoverOrg Extension! Being able to pull up company/prospect info on the fly without having to change chrome tabs speeds up my workflow tremendously.

It saves so much time having the extension, as soon as I open the website to the customer/client that little blue button pops up and all the information is there. Also its just a faster look up, this is the one extension that hasn't caused any problems since I downloaded it.
