I spent hours looking for and trying various chrome extensions to do this task as well as plugins for my editor. This is the only one that worked for me. Only grip is, if the javascript is inline inside the html document and not linked in, changing the inline script does not trigger the refresh unless you change something in the html. If the script is linked in from another file, it works fine.
