This extension helped me focus on particular part of an page, love it.
I was just about to build my own Chrome extension since I use this feature (albeit with box-shadow insets instead of outlines) for layouts ALL the time. Thought I'd check the web store first though, and sure enough, another like-minded individual has already stepped up to the plate. Bonus points for the shading and hovering features. Well done Cullan!
