January 30, 2023 update:
The latest Tidal update made it impossible for Previous and Next hotkeys to function when Tidal tab is inactive.
I tried contacting Tidal support about the new code, to no sensible effect, of course.
I am moving to Deezer for lossless music and will be publishing Deezer Global Hotkeys soon! The hotkeys work seamlessly there, and they have a lot of other exciting features too.

Simple, does exactly what it says! In Vivaldi, go to Manage Extensions, then click the hambuger menu in the top left to move over to Keyboard Shortcuts.
