Helps not to miss important tickets. We have a chat connected to Zendesk and when a chat pops up we receive a notification via Notify Me.
On slow days my team will multitask and spend the time between tickets doing other things. Without Notify-Me, they’d have to manually bring up their Zendesk window every few minutes to check if a new ticket had come in. Now they can just listen for the alert and carry on with their other side tasks more productively.
